BIDATEK WATER SOLUTIONS designs and manufactures two compact modular drinking water treatment plants for Peru

Bidatek Water Solutions has completed the design, manufacture and installation of two compact modular drinking water treatment plants for Peru.

The two containerized water treatment plants have been financed by the German Cooperation Agency (GiZ) and the Swiss Cooperation Agency (SECO), thanks to the collaboration agreement that both agencies have with the Peruvian OTASS and EMAPA San Martín.

Each containerized drinking water plant has a capacity of 100 m3 / h., and they have been installed in the towns of Bellavista and Tarapoto , in the region of San Martin, Peru. The plants will treat water from the Cumbaza and Huallaga rivers, tributaries of the Amazon river and will solve the drinking water needs of more than 35,000 inhabitants in that area.

Due to their design, these mobile water treatment plants can be moved from their current location to any other that may be determined in the future by the EMAPA San Martín authorities, the agency in charge of managing the drinking water treatment plants.
