CONTAINERISED WATER PURIFICATION PLANTS

BIDATEK WATER SOLUTIONS offers a wide range of treatment plants aimed at obtaining water for human consumption, irrigation and farming. The plants are designed using different technologies for the elimination of the different pollutants present in the raw water and reach the quality standards set by local authorities and the WHO (World Health Organization).

The whole plant is manufactured based on standard 20 or 40 feet containers.

MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY: FOR BRACKISH AND SALINE WATERS

The water treatment plants equipped with membrane technology are especially suitable for brackish and saline waters. This technology combines the use of conventional water purification systems (sieving, oxidation, filtration, etc.) and membranes (ultra/nano filtration and reverse osmosis). And whole treatment are manufactured based on standard 20 or 40 feet containers.

This solution enables large treatment capacity and offers the end-user a quality of treated water that easily complies with the maximum pollutant limit values set out by the WHO.


These kind of treatment plants
are equipped with the following treatments:

  • Pumping: from the collection point to the plant.
  • First roughing: first removal of coarse and floating particles through hydrocyclone, sieves etc.
  • Oxidation: for bacteria and seaweed elimination and soluble metal ions precipitation (As, Mn, Fe, etc.).
  • Filtration: Different types depending on the raw water (sand, ring filter, cartridge filter etc.)
  • Redox potential adjustment: to remove the excess of chlorine.
  • Chemical treatment: consisting of the dosage of acid and antifouling.
  • Fine filtration: sieve with 5μ light.
  • High pressure pumps: for feeding the membrane modules.
  • Membrane modules: depending on the origin of the raw water membrane modules may be of ultra / Nano filtration or reverse osmosis.
  • Post-treatments: chlorination or disinfection, pH adjustment, and/or remineralisation.
