SBR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR 40 m³/d ROUSS NOUSS, ALGERIA

CUSTOMER

SONATRACH

The project included the design, manufacture and installation of a modular containerized wastewater treatment plant for SONATRACH Oil Company in ROUSS NOUSS, Algeria.

The plant has a treatment with the following stages:

  • Coarse roughing
  • Separation of sand, fats and oils
  • Homogenization tank
  • Rotary sieve
  • SBR biological reactor.
  • Tertiary treatment by sand and activated carbon filtration
  • UV disinfection
  • Sludge treatment by sludge decanter and filter bags

The treated water is reused in agricultural activities and irrigation of green areas.

La planta dispone de un tratamiento con las siguientes etapas:

  • Planta de pretratamiento compacta
  • Tanque de homogeneización
  • Reactor anóxico
  • Reactor biológico de tipo MBBR
  • Dosificación de coagulante
  • Decantación
  • Tanque de agua clarificada
  • Tratamiento terciario mediante filtración de arena y
  • Desinfección mediante UV
  • Tratamiento de lodos mediante decantador de fangos y sacos filtrantes

El agua tratada es reutilizada en actividades agrícolas y riego de áreas verdes.
